Main Living Area:- This is open plan leading into the Kitchen and a large Winter Garden (Conservatory) with heated floor and views towards the Kreischberg Ski Slopes. There are two doors leading onto the Terrace where a large Hot Tub overlooks a Small Stream running down from the Mountains. There are windows on on all three sides of the living/dining area. Large corner sofa, Satellite TV, DVD Player and a supply of DVD's.
Upstairs: 4 Bedrooms, 4 Double beds and 1 Single sleeping a total of 9 people in comfort. Each Bedroom leads onto a traditional style balcony that face both the front and rear of the property. The front balcony having views over a Small Lake and the Ski Slopes. The rear with views over fields and a Small Stream. Bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath a hand shower, toilet and Bidet.
Heating: The chalet has a feature gas fire which heats the whole chalet and gives instant heat; the downstairs shower room and the Winter Garden area's have underfloor heating for use at peak times, with individual thermostats and there are electric heaters in all bedrooms and both bathrooms.
Outside: There is a large decked terrace area at the rear. There is parking spaces at the front for 2 cars.
