The prices quoted below are for four persons per week in Euros for the whole chalet (up to a maximum of 9 occupants). The normal minimum booking is for 7 nights but shorter periods are
possible. Please contact us direct using our 'CONTACT US' tab above for shorter stay bookings. Bookings of more than four are calculated at 5€ per person per night extra. This is automatically calculated using the calendar below.
POUNDS STIRLING ARE ACCEPTED WHEN BOOKING DIRECT WITH US. THIS WILL BE CALCULATED ON THE CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE ON THE DAY OF THE TRANSACTION. AND MAY BE PAID EITHER BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER INTO OUR UK BANK ACCOUNT.
To pay by Credit/Debit Card, then please use the booking calendar below, this uses the Rental Systems website where the booking will be processed (a small fee will be charged by Rental Systems). Alternatively, you can pay direct if you would like to pay by another method eg bank transfer in Pounds or Euro's then please contact us for details using our 'CONTACT US' tab above. Payment in Pounds is calculated using exchange rates at time of the transactions.
In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 45 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.
A security deposit of 200€ is due 45 days before the start of your stay along with the final balance. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our on site managment company and will be returned within 14 days from the end of your holiday.

The minimum booking period is: 7 days.
The earliest arrival time is: 4 pm. The latest departure time is 10am.
Long stay discount!! 5% discount if booking length is 2 or more weeks. (applies Apr, May, Jun, Sep, Oct, Nov only)
The price includes the following: Accomodation up to a maximum of 9 people (three double beds and one single)
Unlimited use of the Sauna and Jacuzzi Hot Tub
Linen and towels
Heating
Water
Electricity
Use of Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher
Additional Costs:
Final cleaning fee of 60€ (PAID LOCALLY)
2. Austrian Government Tax - 1€ per person, per day (15 years and over) (PAID LOCALLY to our agent). On payment you will be issued with a voucher for reductions on skiing and other local attractions.
