The prices quoted below are for four persons per week in Euros for the whole chalet (up to a maximum of 9 occupants). The minimum booking is for
four (4) nights or one (1) week at Christmas.

Bookings of more than four people are calculated at 8€ per person per night extra. This is to allow for the cost of the extra linen and towels and is automatically calculated using the booking calendar below.
Payment may be made using our booking calendar below powered by Rental Systems: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Switch Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta, Electron.
In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 45 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.
A security deposit of 200€ is due 45 days before the start of your stay along with the final balance. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our on site managment company and will be returned within 14 days from the end of your holiday (In 3 years since the chalet was built, we have never had to make deductions from the deposit).

The minimum booking period is normally 4 days.
The earliest arrival time is: 4 pm. The latest departure time is 10am.
Long stay discount!! 5% discount if booking length is 2 or more weeks. (applies Apr, May, Jun, Sep, Oct, Nov only)
The price includes the following: Accomodation up to a maximum of 9 people (three double beds and one single)
- Unlimited use of the Sauna and Jacuzzi Hot Tub
- Linen and towels
- Heating
- Water
- Electricity
- Use of Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Dishwasher
Additional Costs:
Final cleaning fee of 60€ (PAID LOCALLY)
2. Austrian Government Tax - 1€ per person, per day (15 years and over) (PAID LOCALLY to our agent). On payment you will be issued with a voucher for reductions on skiing and other local attractions.
